Meet Irene, our guiding star.
A spirited woman born to German immigrants; she had a booming voice, a fondness for cars with big engines, and sold her home on a handshake. Irene's story is one of many modest, patriotic, hard working men and women. Through personal accountability - and banding together - they built the greatest generation.
It's for these reasons our kitchen + biergarten is rooted in community with a simple gratitude for life and appreciation for those who have traveled, worked hard, and fought for our freedom.
